Carrier Arrival & Dock Scheduling

Inbound shipments are booked to our receiving dock in advance. We coordinate with your carrier or freight forwarder to ensure smooth unloading — no unexpected delays.

Unit Count & Condition Check

Every carton is opened, counted, and photographed. Units are compared against your advance shipping notice (ASN). Damages and discrepancies are documented and reported within the same business day.

Barcode Scan & WMS Entry

Each SKU is scanned into our WMS, assigned a bin location, and added to your live inventory. Lot numbers and expiry dates are captured where required.

Put-Away & Confirmation

Units are put away in your designated storage zone. You receive a receiving confirmation report with counts, photos, and any exceptions noted — typically within 24 hours of arrival.

Yes. We have climate-controlled zones suitable for health and beauty products, supplements, electronics, cosmetics, and certain food-grade items. Temperature and humidity levels are monitored continuously and logged for compliance purposes.
What is your inventory accuracy rate?
We maintain a 99.9% inventory accuracy rate through continuous barcode scanning at every touchpoint, cycle counting, and regular physical audits. Our WMS provides real-time inventory visibility to all clients.
Can I access the warehouse or inspect my inventory?
Yes. Clients are welcome to visit by appointment. You also have 24/7 access to your live inventory data through our client portal — you never need to call to check your stock levels.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed monthly based on the space your inventory occupies — either by pallet position or by cubic foot, depending on your storage configuration. There are no hidden fees. You receive a detailed invoice each month.
