How quickly can CanadiEx onboard my brand?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 5–10 business days. This includes carrier setup, WMS integration, receiving your first inventory shipment, and testing your order flow end to end. Our onboarding team guides you through every step.
What is the minimum order volume to work with CanadiEx?
We work with brands at various stages. Our Starter tier is designed for businesses shipping up to 500 orders per month, and there is no rigid minimum. If you're pre-launch and planning your fulfillment strategy, we're happy to have that conversation early.
Which carriers does CanadiEx use?
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Our system automatically selects the optimal carrier and service level for each order based on destination, speed requirements, and cost — so you always get the best rate available.
Can CanadiEx handle my Amazon FBA prep?
Yes. CanadiEx is an Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN) certified partner. We handle all FBA prep requirements including labeling (FNSKU, suffocation warnings, barcode covers), poly bagging, bundling, carton marking, and shipment creation directly in Seller Central.
Does CanadiEx integrate with Shopify and other platforms?
We integrate natively with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. Orders are pulled automatically and tracking information is pushed back to your storefront in real time after shipment.
