Amazon FBA Prep Canada — Done Right, Every Time
CanadiEx is an Amazon Service Provider Network certified prep center in Toronto. We handle FNSKU labeling, polybagging, inspection, bundling, and full shipment creation so your inventory arrives at Amazon FCs without rejections, chargebacks, or delays.

What Does SPN Certification Mean for You?
Amazon's Service Provider Network (SPN) is Amazon's vetted directory of third-party service providers. SPN certified prep centers have been reviewed by Amazon, agreed to Amazon's quality standards, and operate under Amazon's code of conduct. When you work with a non-SPN prep center, you assume all risk of FC rejection. With CanadiEx, you get a partner Amazon itself recognizes.
What's Included in Our FBA Prep Service
Every service below is performed by trained prep staff following Amazon's current fulfillment center requirements.
FNSKU Labeling
Accurate FNSKU barcode application on every unit. We verify each label scans correctly before shipment to eliminate commingling and mislabeling chargebacks.
Polybagging
Suffocation-warning compliant poly bags applied per Amazon's guidelines. We match bag size to product dimensions precisely, ensuring acceptance at FCs.
Bubble Wrap & Fragile Protection
Fragile item wrapping with bubble wrap, foam inserts, and drop-tested outer cartons so your products survive the FC receiving process intact.
Bundling & Multi-Packs
Physical bundling of multi-unit ASINs with 'Sold as Set' labels and correct outer packaging. We ensure bundle integrity throughout the FC journey.
Inspection & QC
Every unit is inspected against your QC checklist before prep begins. Defective units are quarantined and reported — you decide what happens next.
Shipment Creation & Box Content
We create your FBA shipments in Seller Central, generate accurate box content, print Amazon box labels, and book carrier pickup — end to end.
Our FBA Prep Process
A structured, documented process means no surprises — for you or Amazon.
Inbound Receiving
Your inventory arrives at our Toronto warehouse. We count, photograph, and log every unit in our WMS within 24 hours of arrival.
QC Inspection
Each unit is checked against your product spec: packaging integrity, expiry dates, serial numbers, and any brand-specific requirements.
Prep & Labeling
Units are prepped per Amazon's current requirements — FNSKU labels applied, poly bags sealed, bundles assembled, and hazmat documentation attached where needed.
Shipment Building
We create the FBA shipment in your Seller Central account (or our own if you prefer), generate box content, and palletize or cartonize to Amazon's specs.
Carrier Handoff
Shipments go out on your preferred carrier. We provide tracking, confirm delivery at Amazon, and flag any FC receiving discrepancies immediately.
Common FBA Errors We Prevent
These mistakes cost sellers time, money, and account health. CanadiEx's prep process is designed to eliminate them.
Wrong Label Placement
Labels applied over manufacturer barcodes or in non-scannable positions trigger Amazon receiving errors. We follow Amazon's exact placement specs for every product category.
Missing Suffocation Warnings
Poly bags over 5" × 5" require suffocation warnings in the correct font size. Skipping this results in FC rejection and disposal fees.
Incorrect Box Weights & Dimensions
Over-weight or oversized cartons trigger surcharges and receiving delays. Every box is weighed and measured before the shipment is confirmed.
Inaccurate Box Content
Mismatched box content files cause inventory discrepancy holds. We reconcile every unit count before submitting box content to Amazon.
Amazon.ca Requirements: Bilingual Labels & Canadian Compliance
Selling on Amazon.ca means your products must comply with Canadian federal regulations, not just Amazon's generic guidelines. This includes the Consumer Product Safety Act, bilingual labeling under the Official Languages Act, and bilingual suffocation warnings on all poly-bagged units.
- English and French text on all consumer-facing labels
- Bilingual suffocation warnings on poly bags (required by law)
- Metric units (grams, millilitres, centimetres) on product labels
- Canadian importer of record details where required
- Compliance with CFIA requirements for food and health products
- Province-specific labeling for Quebec retail distribution
